Laura Jasinsky
Laura has been engaged in the private practice of law for more than 40 years, and has focused her practice exclusively on the Immigration and Nationality laws of the United States since 1992. Laura's passion for immigration law is evidenced by both her time in the field and her dedication to achieving results for her clients.
Laura's immigration expertise has covered virtually every visa classification and she has represented a wide range of institutional an individual clients. Her technical expertise has resulted in successful conclusions to immigration matters with exceedingly challenging fact patterns.
Laura received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1982, and her LL.M. (taxation) in 1993. She is admitted to practice law before the Connecticut Supreme Court and before all Federal agencies, nationwide and worldwide. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and other professional organizations. She has earned an "AV" rating from the renowned rating company Martindale Hubbell.
Claudia Bernstein
Claudia has been working in the field of immigration since 2012. Claudia earned her J.D. cum laude from the Penn State Dickinson Law School in Carlisle, PA, with a concentration in Federal Regulatory and Legislative Practice. She served as a senior editor on the Dickinson Law Review, and her Comment on the Supreme Court decision Regents v. DHS (the 2020 DACA decision) was selected for publication. She is the recipient of six CALI awards and served as President of the Latinx Law Student Association.
Claudia is admitted to practice law before the Connecticut Supreme Court and before all Federal agencies, nationwide and worldwide. She is a member of the American Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and other professional organizations.
