DHS Reinstates TPS for El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua

The Department of Homeland Security has reinstated TPS for certain individuals from El Salvador, Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua. If you are from one of those countries and previously had TPS, you may be eligible to extend your status. You must re-register during the designated re-registration period from your country:


El Salvador: July 12, 2023 - Sept. 10, 2023

Honduras: Nov. 6, 2023 - Jan. 5, 2024

Nepal: Oct. 24, 2023 - Dec. 23, 2023

Nicaragua: Nov. 6, 2023 - Jan. 5, 2024
