Our Stamford, CT office is devoted exclusively to U.S. immigration law matters. We represent individuals and employers throughout the United States and around the world. For those not able to travel to our offices, we offer consultations in the convenience of your home or office through our virtual office. We handle all types of temporary visa and permanent residence (“green card”) cases, including: 
  • Employment-based, first-preference (EB-1) cases for foreign nationals of extraordinary ability, outstanding professors or researcher, or multinational executives or managers
  • Employment-based, second preference (EB-2) cases for members of the professions holding advanced degree(s) or its equivalent, for foreign nationals with exceptional ability
  • Employment-based, second preference (EB-2) cases for foreign nationals seeking a National Interest Waiver
  • PERM Applications for Permanent Employment Certification
  • Employment-based, third preference (EB-3) cases for foreign nationals that are skilled workers, professionals or unskilled workers (requiring PERM Labor certification)
  • Labor Certification for Schedule A Occupations, including aliens of exceptional ability in the sciences or arts
  • Employment-based, fifth preference (EB-5) cases for foreign investors
  • Family-based green cards (through marriage and other family relationships).

Our firm also handles the full range of temporary employment visas (H-1B, L-1, O, P, E1/E2, etc.), and corporate immigration compliance and risk management for employers of foreign nationals, and where applicable, issues arising at consulates worldwide. We are also experinced in handling more complex immigration matters such as J-1 waivers, I-601 waivers for prospective permanent residents, 212(d)(3) waivers for temporary visas, and other issues such as unlawful presence, fraud and/or criminal history. In appropriate cases we will also handle appearances before Immigration Court on behalf of a client.
